Round 1: Boetsch lands an outside leg kick to start the round.  Dolloway delivers a right hand to the body.  Dolloway lands a left hand.  Boetsch lands a hard outside leg kick.  Dolloway lands a right hand.  Dolloway delivers leg kicks from the outside.  Boetsch clinches and lands a knee to the body.  Dolloway lands a left hook.  Boetsch changes levels and secures a takedown, but Dolloway immediately gets back to his feet.  Dolloway circles on the outside.  Boetsch lands a left hand.  Dolloway taunts him and drops his hands and lands a straight right.  Dolloway lands a kick to the body.  He clinches and delivers knees.  Dolloway lands a left hook.  Boetsch lands a right hand on the inside.  They clinch and Dolloway lands on the inside.  The round ends.  MMAWeekly scores the round 10-9 for Dolloway.

Round 2: Boetsch misses with an uppercut.  They clinch and Dolloway changes levels and takes Boetsch down.  He moves to half guard.  Boetsch scrambles back to his feet.  He presses forward.  Dolloway works for a takedown and Boetsch defends the attempt.  Boetsch works for a guillotine choke.  Dolloway defends it but Boetsch has top position.  He lands a knee to the body.  Dolloway powers back to his feet and lands an elbow.  Boetsch presses him against the cage and delivers foot stomps.  They separate.  Boetsch lands a right hand.  Dolloway ducks under and takes Boetsch down and lands in side control.  Boetsch isolates an arm.  Dolloway lands elbows to the body.  MMAWeekly scores the round 10-9 for Dolloway, but was a close round.

Round 3: Boetsch lands a powerful outside leg kick.  Boetsch gets poked in the eye.  He falls to the canvas in pain.  His eye is bleeding, or at least the area around the eye. Boetsch gets to his feet and the doctor is called in to check the eye.  Boetsch says he can continue and the fight is restarted.  Boetsch presses forward.  He clinches but Dolloway circles free.  Dolloway again pokes Boetsch in the eye.  The referee takes a point from Dolloway.  The fight is again restarted.  Boetsch lands a right right hand.  Dolloway changes levels.  Boetsch looks for a guillotine choke but Dolloway pops his head out.  He moves to half guard.  Dolloway advances to half guard.  Boetsch pushes off the cage and gets back to his feet.  He presses Dolloway against the cage.  Dolloway pushes him away.  Boetsch lands a right hand over the top.  Dolloway counters.  They clinch.  Dolloway drags Boetsch to the ground but Boetch reverses him and applies a guillotine choke.  Dolloway escapes.  The round ends.  MMAWeekly scores the round 9-9 with the point deduction, but another close round.

The judges scored the fight for Boetsch by split decision.  The scorecards read 30-26, 27-29 and 30-26.

    no way Boetsch won that fight even with Dolloway losing a point….30-26 twice? both judges should be fined and fired

    Worst decision I have seen in years!!! Those 2 judges must have been smoking crack. CB got robbed!!! With the point taken, it should have been 29-27. But taking the point was even questionable, it was an accidental eye poke, not intentional. CB had his hand up and Botch charged into it. That was like a corrupt boxing decision. Bad for the sport.
