UFC 158 Georges St-Pierre vs. Nick Diaz Full Press Conference Video

After several false starts, UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre and former Strikeforce titleholder Nick Diaz are trying once again to finally make it all the way to the Octagon to settle a longstanding feud.

They are slated to meet in the UFC 158 main event on March 16 in Montreal.

The UFC held a UFC 158: St-Pierre vs. Diaz kickoff press conference – featuring Georges St-Pierre, Nick Diaz and UFC president Dana White – Wednesday morning in Montreal. The press conference streamed live on MMAWeekly.com, but if you missed it, check it out below.

  GSP has consistently fought the best at 170 when each fighter was at their best … his career shows without a shadow of a doubt that he ‘ducks’ no one. That’s really a tired sentiment. This is the first number one contender that he passes over (for the time being) and the reason is twofold – it’s quite simple, the real money is in the Diaz fight. That, and he’s stated for a long time how much he really wants that fight … and this before Hendricks was even remotely considered title contention material. He wants Diaz before Diaz loses his luster and the money implicit in such a match-up fades.
  
  So yeah, more likely GSP wants to shut Diaz and his fan base up and make more money than Hendricks would ever garner whilst doing so.

gsp aint stupid, this is the big money fight right now and he is planting that seed with hendrix so by the time that one comes around it has a bit of a storyline to it and maybe generates a little bit more.

Lol that’s not Nick Diaz. That’s the 3rd Diaz brother, Dave Diaz, that nobody knows about. Nick was in Compton chugging on a a fat one, laughing his ass off, munching on cheetos and keeping a low profile. Can’t believe that you guys fell for it.
