With a 1-2 record in the Octagon, including losing his last two, Japanese fighter Yoshihiro “Sexyama” Akiyama has his back against the wall in a not-so-easy fight against former light heavyweight champion Vitor Belfort at UFC 133 on Saturday night.
Akiyama answered a couple of questions from the media at Thursday’s prefight press conference in Philadelphia… but he kept it rather brief.

Its 0-3 he did not win his first fight in the UFC! I dont care what his record says Belcher beat him up a lot worse than Bisping did.

agreed. Belcher got robbed. Akiyama is good. But he isn’t 185lbs of UFC good.
He needs to drop to 170, I’d like to see him fight GSP. This guy has no fear. Atleast he wouldn’t look like a deer in headlights like Shields did.
