Spike TV on Tuesday released the ratings for Saturday night’s telecast of “UFC 118 Prelims Live.” The show drew an audience of 1.1 million viewers, the lowest number since Spike began carrying UFC preliminary bouts at UFC 103.
The prelim specials on Spike have averaged 1.4 million viewers over the 10 times they have aired on the network.
“UFC 118 Prelims Live” featured Joe Lauzon dominating his former “Ultimate Fighter” teammate, Gabe Ruediger, as well as Nik Lentz wrestling his way to a unanimous decision over Season 9 finalist Andre Winner.
