The Ultimate Fighting Championship on Tuesday announced two more match-ups for UFC 84. Former “Ultimate Fighter” cast member Jon “War Machine” Koppenhaver returns to face Octagon newcomer Yoshiyuki Yoshida, as well as a contest between Jason Tan and Dong Hyun Kim.
Koppenhaver is set to return to action after an exciting bout with former housemate Jared Rollins at “The Ultimate Fighter” season six finale show.
His opponent, Yoshiyuki Yoshida, will debut after a long career in Japan including fighting for GCM and Shooto. He holds impressive victories over top notch competition such as Akira Kikuchi.
In the other announced bout, Jason Tan, who lost in his only appearance in the Octagon by knockout to Marcus Davis, will travel from England for a shot at redemption.
Dong Hyun Kim is another international talent debuting at UFC 84. His career includes fights for the Spirit MC and DEEP promotions.
UFC 84 is headlined by a lightweight title fight between B.J. Penn and Sean Sherk, and features Tito Ortiz vs. Lyoto Machida and Keith Jardine vs. Wanderlei Silva.
