The UFC on Versus 4 show in Pittsburgh has added a lightweight bout to the undecard with former “Ultimate Fighter” finalist Michael Johnson meeting Edward Faaloloto.
The promotion made the announcement about the new bout on Monday.
Johnson (8-5) makes his first appearance in the UFC since losing in the finale of Season 12 of “The Ultimate Fighter” to Jonathan Brookins.
A strong wrestler, Johnson will look to get back on track when he faces a WEC veteran in June.
Edward Faaloloto (2-1) had a very stiff test in his first fight under the Zuffa banner when he took on knockout king Anthony Njokuani in his debut. Faaloloto stuck around for almost 10 minutes before Njokuani caught him and knocked him out with just seconds remaining in the round.
Faaloloto will try to make more of his second appearance when he meets Johnson in Pittsburgh.
Johnson and Faaloloto will be part of the untelevised undercard for UFC on Versus 4, which takes place at Pittsburgh’s Consol Energy Center on June 26.
