Posted on by MMAWeekly.com Staff

TUF China LogoThe Ultimate Fighter China Finale lost one of its feature bouts when the UFC announced on Monday that the featherweight final between Yang Jianping and Ning Guangyou was postponed due to injury.

The fighter that suffered the injury was not disclosed.

With the removal of the fight from Saturday’s card, a preliminary bout between Nam Phan and Vaughan Lee has been moved to the main card.

The TUF China Finale streams live on UFC Fight Pass on Saturday, March 1, with the preliminary bouts beginning at approximately 6:15 a.m. ET and the main card starting at 8 a.m. ET.

A bout between John Hathaway and Dong Hyun Kim headlines the card with the TUF China welterweight final between Wang Sai and Lipen Zhang as the co-main event.

Allow me a moment to complain about Fight Pass.

Taken directly from UFC.tv’s FAQ: “What do I get for my monthly subscription? …• International editions of The Ultimate Fighter including TUF China and TUF Brazil: Team Wanderlei vs Team Sonnen”

TUF China is not on there and the show has been over. Foreign editions of TUF are a big reason why I am a subscriber but if they aren’t going to put them on there until after the finales then its pointless. I don’t see how there can be broadcast restrictions on it since Fight Pass isn’t available in Asia, the only place where the show was on television. The new TUF Nations has already started airing episodes online and its still running.
