TUF Brazil 3 Finale Weigh-in Results: All Fighters Hit Their Mark

TUF Brazil 3 Finale Fight Poster-478x270After having undergone several changes trying to secure a headlining bout, the fighters on The Ultimate Fighter Brazil 3 Finale weighed in on Friday, making Saturday’s bouts official.

Having gone from Wanderlei Silva vs. Chael Sonnen and then to Junior dos Santos vs. Stipe Miocic, the TUF Brazil 3 Finale finally settled on Stipe Miocic vs. Fabio Maldonado as the headlining bout. The card also features the reality show’s heavyweight final pitting Vitor Miranda vs. Antonio Carlos Junior, as well as the middleweight final between Marcio Alexandre and Warlley Alves.

    The thing that sucks about this season was I was hoping we would get some new heavyweights. Last time we had heavyweights was way back in season 10 and we got decent enough fighters in Nelson, Schaub, and Mitrione. But none of the guys on this show were very big. We are guaranteed to just get more light heavyweights while 265 remains a thin division.
