Keon Caldwell TUF 13Former Ultimate Fighter 13 cast member Keon “Black Assassin” Caldwell has signed a multi-fight deal with the World Series of Fighting.

Caldwell’s manager, Jason Ellis, informed MMAWeekly.com of the signing on Tuesday.

Caldwell, who left TUF 13 during the season’s second episode due to family reasons and was replaced by Justin Edwards, will be looking to make his WSOF debut in late summer or early autumn according to Ellis.

When Caldwell does make his debut for the promotion, he will do so at lightweight, which is quickly becoming one of the most stacked divisions in the WSOF.

The promotion’s 155-pound roster includes fighters such as Justin Gatheje, Brian Cobb, Lyle Beerbohm and Jacob Volkman, all of whom will be competing on the company’s third installment on July 14 in Las Vegas.

TUF tried to make it look like Caldwell didn’t want to fight, but he left because his daughter was in the hospital with a fever that wouldn’t break. They should be ashamed for trying to twist it, and I’m glad that he’s getting signed by an organization that respects their fighters. Another great addition to a stacked lightweight division.
