Tito Ortiz made it clear at the UFC 61 post-fight press conference that he doesn’t want to take six months off from fighting.
Ortiz said at the press conference, “I would love to fight once before this year’s over… and if [Chuck] Liddell is gonna get two fights, then I need to fight at least one more time.” So, when does Ortiz want his next fight to happen? Ortiz said, “I would love to be on the November card.”
When asked who he wants to fight next, Tito said, “[Forrest] Griffin again. I know a lot of people who thought he beat me the first time, which he didn’t. I want to give him a taste of me at 100 percent. He got a taste of me when I was 60 percent.”
