Undefeated Aljamain Sterling has a new opponent for the April 18 UFC on Fox 15 event in New Jersey.

An injury has forced his original opponent, Manny Gamburyan, off the fight card. No. 7-ranked Takeya Mizugaki will replace Gamburyan and face Sterling at the Prudential Center.

Mizugaki (20-8-2) had a five-fight winning streak snapped by former champion Dominick Cruz in his last fight at UFC 178 in September. The Japanese star hopes to start a new streak when he faces the impressive up and comer.

Sterling (10-0) has won his two fights inside the UFC octagon. Coming off a technical knockout over Hugo Viana at UFC Fight 45 in his last outing, the 25-year-old plans to keep his undefeated record intact against Mizugaki.

UFC on Fox 15 takes place on April 18 at the Prudential Center in Newark. The event is headlined by a middleweight match-up between former champion Lyoto Machida and former Strikeforce titleholder Luke Rockhold.
