Strikeforce Barnett vs. Cormier Weigh-In Results: Heavyweight Grand Prix Final Official

SAN JOSE, Calif. – The finals of the Strikeforce Heavyweight Grand Prix are here and Josh Barnett and Daniel Cormier weighed in on Friday to make their bout official.

It’s taken nearly a year and a half to get here, but Barnett and Cormier will finally settle the tournament, one of the last heavyweight bouts under the Strikeforce banner.

Lightweight champion Gilbert Melendez will defend his belt again, facing Josh “The Punk” Thomson for the third time, hopefully putting their battles behind them.

James Terry was a 0.25 pounds overweight and still trying to get down to the 156-pound limit at the time of publication.
