    She’s absolutely right. It’s an old wives tale that it’s a good idea to abstain from sex before a fight. The only argument I suppose is that you can accomplish the same sort of testosterone maintenance through masturbation. Now if any fighter tells you they abstain from both for six weeks, they are either lying, stupid, or both.
