Rolles GracieRolles Gracie has been forced off of the World Series of Fighting 3 fight card due to injury.

WSOF matchmaker Ali Abdel-Aziz on Wednesday confirmed Gracie’s injury to It was first reported by

Gracie injured his wrist, forcing him out of the fight, and forcing WSOF officials to shuffle its fight card.

Gracie was to have fought Dave Huckaba on the four-bout main card televised on the NBC Sports network. With Gracie out, WSOF officials will not seek a replacement. They will instead elevate Jacob Volkmann vs. Lyle Beerbohm from the preliminary status up to the televised main card.

  • This is not good for WSOF. With Gracie and Spong off the card. Their first two cards were very good, it’s important they keep up their momentum. I’ve quickly become a fan of their promotion, but we all know how quickly we can lose fans in this fight game.

      I wouldn’t worry, this card is going to be really good. It might not have the name power, but some of the prospects they have on the main card could be stars after they fight

      • This is true. And hopefully those names taken off this card will be reserved for another event in the future. The last card was quit a treat IMO. Had some very tough fighters and was free. But we’ll see how long that last.
