Ring of Combat’s ‘Tournament of Champions’ Finals
Debuts Tonight on Pay-Per-View

iN DEMAND Networks and World Champion Louis Neglia recently announced the season premiere of Ring of Combat’s ‘Tournament of Champions’ championship Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) events. The first available pay-per-view broadcast of the event debuts tonight (Friday, June 29, 2007), at 10:00 PM EDT with replays throughout the month of June and July and will cost a budget-minded $19.95.

Ring of Combat (ROC), is one of the fastest growing Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) events in the country, featuring the most talented, exciting and undiscovered fighters in the world. The ‘Tournament of Champions’ finals held at the Tropicana Resort & Casino in Atlantic City, features championship matches in 3 weight classes.

In the lightweight division, Team Quest submission tactician Ian Loveland will touch gloves with scrappy Baltimore veteran grappler James “Binky” Jones of Renzo Gracie/Ground Control.

In the welterweight division, aggressive jiu-jitsu ace and native Texan Todd Moore (Houston BJJ) will meet brawny Jay Coleman (Rhino Fight Team), a dangerous “wrestler/boxer” and former body builder with knock-out power and solid wrestling skill.

In the middleweight finals, Janjira Gym’s Muay Thai specialist, another lone star native, Jason House will step in between the ropes with Tai Kai Jiu-Jitsu’s top prospect Marc Stevens, an experienced boxer and jiu-jitsu expert from Pulaski, NY.

The night’s card also features top contenders from around the world in 7 great preliminary fights, leading up to the 3 championship bouts.

“Mixed Martial Arts is becoming a truly revolutionary sport, surpassing almost every major sport in popularity among its target demographic group of 18-34 year old males,” said Louis Neglia, founder and promoter of Ring of Combat. “2007 will be the best year yet for the Ring of Combat tournament and our partnership with iN DEMAND is breaking new ground for our fans and creating new exposure for our sport and broadcasting partners. Our PPV broadcasts will be available for a reasonable and affordable $19.95, giving fight fans and the hard working man and woman the opportunity to be inside the ring when the action starts.”

Be sure to tune in and witness history as each of these burgeoning MMA fighters looks to etch their place in history by taking home some ROC hardware and their share of a $100,000 + purse. The event debuts this Friday, June 29th at 10 PM EST with replays in early July. Contact your local cable provider to order this event through the iN DEMAND Networks.
