Former UFC middleweight champion Rich Franklin does believe that it does matter whether you win or lose, but he also believes that losing is inevitable, and it’s important to know how to deal with it.

During TEDxUChicago 2014 on April 19, Franklin focused his TED Talk on “How to Be a Loser.”

Having been on both sides of the coin, winning the big fights and becoming a UFC champion, as well as losing to men like Anderson Silva, Franklin has a unique insight into the extremes of winning and losing, which he pointed out at the TEDx event.
