- QUINTON JOINS IFL BROADCAST TEAM

IFL play-by-play commentator STEPHEN QUADROS has been involved in the sport of mixed martial arts as a journalist, trainer or broadcaster since it’s inception stateside in 1993.

Given the nickname “THE FIGHT PROFESSOR” while commentating for K-1 in Japan (1998), Stephen has since established a worldwide reputation as one of the pre-eminent authorities and voices in the game. Many will recognize Mr. Quadros from his longtime stay with the PRIDE Fighting Championships, where he hosted and called the action on over 20 pay-per-view broadcasts. Providing color commentary for the IFL broadcast is the charismatic QUINTON “RAMPAGE” JACKSON. Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Jackson has carved a legacy as one of the most feared fighters in MMA, destroying such big name opponents as Kevin Randleman, Ricardo Arona, Igor Vovchanchyn and Chuck Liddell. Quinton is also renowned for his sense of humor and upbeat personality.

The third member of the IFL broadcast team is SHANNON KNAPP. Her broadcast credits include the UFC, Sportfight and King Of The Cage and she graduated as a communications major with honors from Brown University. Shannon will work as the roving reporter during the event, getting up-to-the-minute information on the teams, interviewing personalities at ringside and giving glimpses from behind the scenes. Ms. Knapp is passionate about the sport, has trained with some of its best fighters, as well as being a certified self-defense instructor herself.
