Pride’s website has announced the following additions to their event which is live in Japan on Dec 31st and will air on most US pay per view providers on Jan 1st.

It will be an exciting night of fights as Japan puts on the most exciting cards of the year. Not only will the legendary Sakuraba be fighting the exciting and unpredictable Minowa, but Pride’s Heavyweight and Middleweight champs, Fedor and Wanderlei Silva, will be fighting separately on the card. Not to mention, the culmination of the Lightweight and Welterweight GP tournaments will be decided giving us champions in those weight classes. The first time for Pride to have title holders in those respective weight classes.

Emelianenko Fedor vs. Zuluzhino (non title)
Mirko Crocop vs. Mark Hunt
Ken Kaneko vs. Charles ‘Krazy Horse’ Bennett
James Thompson vs. Giant Silva
Pawel Nastula vs. Alexander Emelianenko
Kazushi Sakuraba vs. Ikuhisa Minowa

The PPV will air at 9pm eastern on US pay per view on January 1st. Pride expects the show to to for 5 hours.
