Peter DavisThe ten-fight card for ONE FC: War of Nations is complete with two more bouts featuring Malaysian fighters added to the event, which will take place at Stadium Negara in Kuala Lumpur on March 14. Nobutatsu Suzuki vs. Brock Larson headlines the event in a welterweight title fight.

Peter Davis has become the face of Malaysian MMA with a series of exciting match-ups against the likes of Kim Hock, Leo Krishna, and Eddie Ng. The lightweight recently snapped a two-fight losing streak by beating Egyptian Wushu champion Azla Mazloum at ONE FC: Warrior Spirit.

Davis (7-3) returns to action to take on Wes Jaya (2-1) in a lightweight match-up. His Malaysian born opponent is a Muay Thai veteran who trained and fought in Thailand for many years, but has not competed in MMA since 2008.

Jaya has never been the distance in his MMA career, while Davis hasn’t left a fight in the judges’ hands since 2006. With the former coming from such a strong Muay Thai background and the latter being renowned for his Kung Fu-based striking, matchmakers will be hoping for fireworks.

Another experienced Muay Thai fighter is flyweight Saiful Merican (2-1), who will be looking to beat a Cambodian opponent for the second fight in succession when he takes on Khim Dima (0-1-0-1). Merican won a unanimous decision over Dima’s teammate, Tok Sophon, at ONE FC: Warrior Spirit.

The ONE FC: War of Nations card now looks like this:

Brock Larson vs. Nobutatsu Suzuki
Kevin Belingon vs. Dae Hwan Kim
Eddie Ng vs. Kamal Shalorus
Yasuhiro Urushitani vs. Adriano Moraes
Shinichi Kojima vs. Andrew Leone
Kotetsu Boku vs. Arnaud Lepont
Peter Davis vs. Wes Jaya
