NY Post Says UFC’s “Punching and Kicking Below The Belt” Could Bring Big Money to State?!

Posted on by MMAWeekly.com Staff

The N.Y. Daily Post led it’s video coverage of the UFC’s official effort to get mixed martial arts sanctioned in the state of New York with a classic line, “Punching and kicking below the belt, could bring jobs, money, and new sports entertainment to New York City and the state…”

Obviously not the light that UFC officials want to be painted in.

The reporting in the video actually levels out a little bit as it goes on, but how long can the main stream media keep digging up 1995 phrases? The sport has moved on, why can’t New York?

(Thanks to CageWriter.com for tipping us off to this video.)

That just goes to show how uneducated people are about MMA. Stupidity at its finest.
