Roy Nelson at the TUF 16 FinaleAll of the fighters competing at the TUF 16 Finale show in Las Vegas were tested for performance enhancing drugs by the Nevada State Athletic Commission, and the results have returned.

According to a release from Nevada State Athletic Commission Executive Director Keith Kizer all fighters tested negative for the Dec 15 show.

The card was headlined by former TUF winner Roy Nelson, who has championed the drug testing cause for several fights now, also signing on to additional testing sponsored by VADA (Volunteer Anti-Doping Agency).

In total, 22 fighters were tested by the commission with all of them providing negative results for performance enhancing drugs.

The next major UFC card to take place in Las Vegas goes down this weekend for UFC 155 headlined by the heavyweight title fight between Junior Dos Santos and Cain Velasquez.

Why not say so in the headline so i don’t have to click the link. Too much worry about ad revenues huh?

    • I thought when they said results returned, there was an issue of some sort. Usually it says All fighters come back clean or All results negative. I’m glad I only skimmed this article lol.

Testing Roy Nelson for steroids is the biggest waste of state money in the history of America.
