MMAWeekly Radio Wednesday is loaded with UFC lightweight Anthony Pettis, Strikeforce’s No. 1 155-pound challenger Jorge Masvidal, and “Wonderboy” Stephen Thompson.

Anthony Pettis steps back in the Octagon this weekend at UFC 136 to face the always-tough Jeremy Stephens. The one-time WEC champion is working hard to get back into the title picture, and a victory over Stephens sure wouldn’t hurt his efforts.

Jorge Masvidal, meanwhile, is the No. 1 contender in Strikeforce and has a bout agreement to face champion Gilbert Melendez in December, but recent comments from UFC president Dana White seem to indicate that Melendez may get yanked into the UFC before that fight ever takes place, leaving Masvidal a little perplexed.

Kicking off his professional career with a 4-0 start, Stephen “Wonderboy” Thompson also joins the show.
