MMARankings_Eddie AlvarezThe updated MMAWeekly.com World MMA Rankings were released on Wednesday, Nov. 13. This system ranks the Top 10 MMA fighters from across the world in each of the seven most widely accepted men’s weight classes and the Top 10 pound-for-pound women fighters.

Taken into consideration are a fighter’s performance in addition to win-loss record, head-to-head and common opponents, difficulty of opponents, and numerous other factors in what is the most comprehensive rankings system in the sport.

Fighters who are currently serving drug-related suspensions are not eligible for Top 10 consideration until they have fought one time after the completion of their suspension.

Fighters must also have competed within the past 12 months in order to be eligible for Top 10 consideration unless they have a bout scheduled within a reasonable time frame.

Note: Dominick Cruz is ineligible for consideration because he hasn’t fought in more than a year.

  • Chase Brian Beebe

campuzano returned to bantamweight his last fight and hes about to fight at bantamweight again this weekend

  • solo

One thing i dont get it is how on earth is Phil Davis below Lil Nog, i mean really? I think, i think Phil has unanimous decision win over him?! Didnt Bader beat him also? C’MON PEOPLE! But yea, i get it. Its cause of his win over Evans, right? That fight is quite possibly the worst fight in UFC history. IMO Seeing Lil Nog ranked no.4 is a joke!

Seeing featherweight division i wonder whats next for Cub Swanson??? Only fighter without a fight in top 10 is Korean Zombie, but i think he’s still hurt.

    • Flock of Burgers

You obviously never saw Shamrock vs. Severn II

      • solo

actually i did. i just forgot, cause it happened a long time ago. and i still dont get it what happened there?!

        • Flock of Burgers

          Exactly.

    • Mark McDowall

I agree. Lil Nog has 1 good win and he is still up there. And how does Manuwa make the top 10 already? because he is scheduled to fight a top ranked fighter? Not saying he isn’t a fast up and coming star but with the biggest name on his list being Kyle Kingsbury…little bit of a stretch if you ask me!

      • solo

Yea, i guess they are really pushing him. Imo Thiago Silva should be on that no 10 spot for sure. He’s been around for a long time, and he fought the best. He only has one tough loss to Machida, and a good battles in decision losses against Suga and Gus. He is still a very much dangerous and he has some good wins recently.

    • AXE MURDERER

Agree, Davis should also be ranked above Gus as well until Gus beats him or Phil loses! He’s freeken 12 -1 only loss is 5 round decision to Suga..
      1. Bones
      2. Mr. Wonderful
      3. The Mauler
      4. Glover
      5. Lil Nog
      6. Suga
      7. Sonnen
      8. Gegard
      9. Hendo
      10. Shogun
If Vitor & Machida were back at LHW, Id have Machida #4 & Vitor #5. Glover & Nog drop to #6 & 7. Hendo & Rua drop out -_-

      • drkdisciple

how can you rank Davis number 2 when everyone knows he lost that fight against Machida?

  • Stefano ‘Zwonimir’ Sega Nogaro

I would put Michelle Waterson over Alexis Davis, Waterson is actually the best AW along with Ham and she beated Penne, Davis is a solid, talented and improved BW but she got exposed a lot in the past and not against bulky fighters, still a top 5 in the division but hardly p4p material.

  • julian moran

Henderson is #2 and Melendez is #3? The Henderson/Melendez fight could have gone either way, and I gave it to Melendez. It should be the other way around as Henderson just lost while Melendez just won.

  • drkdisciple

I still have no clue what lil nog is doing at number 4…I am sure Gus would have preferred fighting him then Manuwa.

  • Kim Hoe Suckedlotsofniqqerdick

How the f*** is little nog #4? explain that! How the f*** is Ronda Rousey #2 ? Cyborg the steroid queen is #1 which is just bulls***..

  • icantdelete

W campuzano just hot beat by sergio pettis. How is pettis not in top 10?
