The UFC 158 fight card is nearly full with Tuesday’s addition of a lightweight bout between Mike Ricci and Colin Fletcher. The fighters have reportedly come to a verbal agreement.

The bout was first revealed by Saskatoon StarPhoenix online editor Dave Deibert, and confirmed by Canadian UFC officials.

Both Ricci (7-3) and Fletcher (8-2) are coming off of losses in their UFC debuts, looking to get a course correction in place.

Ricci is a Tristar Gym teammate of UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre, who headlines the UFC 158 fight card, putting his belt on the line against Nick Diaz.

The Canadian made his Octagon debut at The Ultimate Fighter 16 Finale in December, losing a unanimous decision to Colin Smith.

Fletcher fought his way through the ranks of TUF The Smashes – the first Australian edition of The Ultimate Fighter – making it all the way to the finals. He lost a unanimous decision to Norman Parke in the lightweight final in December at UFC on FX 6.

should be a good fight, but i’m bummed that one has to be stuck with 2 losses in a row.
