MMAWeekly Radio is proud to announce “Ultimate Fighter” season seven competitor Mike Dolce will be joining the show as a special correspondent to help break down the series and give his insights into training and living in the house.
Dolce, a native of New Jersey, was a prodigy in wrestling, who worked his way to becoming the first ever four year varsity member of his high school team.
After high school, he earned a scholarship to Seton Hall University, but an injury kept him from competing and it was back to the drawing board. He soon set his sights on mixed martial arts.
Moving cross-country from New Jersey to Oregon, Dolce became a member of the famed Team Quest, where he worked his way up and eventually landed a spot on Matt Lindland’s Wolfpack team in the International Fight League.
Four fights later, he moved on to the opportunity to be a part of the seventh season of The Ultimate Fighter where, as most witnessed last week, he won his first fight by knockout over Prince McClean to earn his way into the house.
Now, Dolce will take on the challenge of sitting in with Damon & Jeff each and every week to talk about the latest episode of “The Ultimate Fighter” and give his insights into the fights and living in the house.
Dolce will be a regular guest on the radio show on Thursday nights following Wednesday’s broadcast of the newest episode of The Ultimate Fighter.
This week only, Dolce will stop by the show on Friday night to talk about the first round of fights and introduce himself to the fans of MMAWeekly Radio as he joins the show as a special correspondent.
