Even though he’s not guaranteed a title shot with a win at UFC 136, Melvin Guillard knows his time is going to come soon enough.

As focused as he’s ever been, Guillard has a tough test ahead of him facing Joe Lauzon at UFC 136, but he also knows that if he makes a statement in this fight, anything is possible.

Guillard also takes time to discuss his recent training where he’s split time between his camp at Jackson’s in New Mexico and the Blackzilian team in Florida.

Check out this exclusive one on one interview with Melvin Guillard:

Melvin is tough, but he needs to stop calling out guys that are ranked lower than him. Joe Lauzon is a great fighter but hes not the kind of guy that you get a win over to earn a title shit IMO. Melvin needs to go up against Gilbert Melendez to be in contention end of story.
