Matt Mitrione heads into Saturday night’s UFC 137 fight with Cheick Kongo knowing that he’s being put on the spot. Everyone wants to know just how good he is. He’s not worried about it, however, he gets paid either way.

“I appreciate the question, but honestly, I don’t get paid to worry about it. I get paid to go out there and scrap. If I go out there and get my ass kicked, then it’s not going to happen for a long time. If I go out there and do work, then we’ll talk about it at the press conference.”

Mitrione spoke one-on-one with MMAWeekly.com about his standing in the UFC heavyweight division and the fight with Kongo.
