Bubba Bush faced a tough challenge from Rakim Cleveland at Legacy FC 28 on Friday, Feb. 21, at College Park Center in Arlington, Texas, but managed to retain his middleweight title.

Bush had to take the fight into the second round, but once he latched on to Cleveland, he wouldn’t let go. Bush secured a rear naked choke for the victory.

Red hot featherweight prospect Damon Jackson kept his record unblemished, finishing Hunter Tucker with a rear naked choke in the second round. The victory moved Jackson’s record to 8-0 and kept his hopes of getting a Legacy FC title shot in the near future alive.
