FOX Sports first reported the bout, which takes place July 26 at the SAP Center in San Jose, California.
Kingsbury (11-5, 1 NC) will look to get back in his winning ways, after having dropped three consecutive fights in the Octagon. The fighter has been sidelined for the past 21 months partly due to injury, and the last time he tasted victory inside the UFC was in 2011.
Cummins (5-1) is fresh off his first win in the organization, picking up a technical knockout over Roger Narvaez at last weekend’s UFC Albuquerque card.
