UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo successfully defended his title from Mark Hominick at UFC 129 in Toronto, but it wasn’t without a few bumps and bruises along the way.

Hominick left the fight with what looked like a giant growth on his forehead, but he left Aldo with a few marks to remember him by, giving the champ a rough welcome to the Octagon.

Aldo, however, took the fight in stride, and answered questions from the media following the bout at the Rogers Centre.

Mark hominick is a beast!!!! He gave jose a run for his title, especially in the last round and in a couple of rounds he landed a few really good shots. Jose is the man..mark will be back

But the stupid thing is, They still have Mark ranked #8 feather weight, after that he #2 easy !

How the fuck is he #2 easy????? He got his ass whooped. You mean to tell me that he should be #2 because he was on top of Aldo in the fifth round?

It was a pretty one-sided match
