Invicta FC Fighter Felice Herrig Inks Deal to Make a Move into the World of TV and Film

Felice_HerrigInvicta FC fighter Felice Herrig recently renewed her management contract with SuckerPunch Entertainment. That’s nothing unexpected, as Herrig’s profile has risen to a fairly high level under SuckerPunch’s guidance, especially for a woman in a traditionally male-dominated sport that hasn’t yet fought for Invicta or the UFC.

In conjunction with renewing SuckerPunch as her representation, Herrig also inked a deal with Octagon Entertainment, which opens an entirely new world for her.

“I am excited for Felice. Since the first day I managed her, I could see that she was destined to do things in TV and film,” SuckerPunch managing partner Brian Butler told MMAWeekly.com.

“I’ve known about Octagon from back in my ad agency days and know that they deal with the best of the best in the entertainment industry, so when we were able to establish this partnership for Felice, I knew right away it was the right move.

“The fact that their name is Octagon is purely coincidental, but I’d be lying if I said it didn’t feel it was a bit like fate. I am excited about this partnership and look for big things out of Felice.”

Octagon Entertainment represents numerous powerhouses in the entertainment industry. Their client list includes Arsenio Hall, Leeann Tweeden, Piers Morgan, Dr. Drew Pinsky, Martina Navratilova, Sister Hazel, and numerous others.

There has been no word yet on when Herrig will make her move into the entertainment industry, although she is expected to have her next MMA bout on the upcoming Invicta FC 7 fight card planned for Dec. 7.

I think there should be a rule that all cute female fighters go to the UFC. The not so cute fighters (Cyborg anyone) can fight in Japan. If I am going to watch women fighting, they need to look like Carano, Rousey, Tate and this young woman. If I want to see ugly women fighting, I can do that at a local bar any saturday night

and if you want to see pretty women touching each other there’s something called porn.

it’s a fight and it’s weird to get a boner sitting around with the rest of your male friends.
