Several users complained of being charged the $7.95 price tag only to never receive their log-in information, have other issues when trying to log-in, or receiving a poor quality stream when they were able to log-in.
Invicta did what they could to try and rectify the situation during the event, even ditching the PPV charge, offering the stream for free, but the damage was done and people still had trouble viewing the fights.
Invicta has quickly become known for it’s quality treatment of both fighters and fans, and they weren’t about to sit idly by and let their hard earned fans suffer any more than they had too. Invicta is currently working with U-Stream to take care of all of the people that had trouble with the stream:
We apologize to our fans and potential viewers. Please email email@example.com and cc firstname.lastname@example.org We need to document all issues from unable to pay to the quality fo the stream problems.
