Inside MMA Moves to Monday Timeslot on HDNet

HDNet’s original MMA news program, Inside MMA, is set to make a move from its Friday night timeslot to Mondays beginning today, Oct. 17, HDNet announced on Monday morning.

Inside MMA now airs live on Monday nights at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on HDNet.

The first guests in the new timeslot include UFC light heavyweight Phil Davis and trainer Matt Hume in the studio, plus Frank Mir and Roy Nelson the conversation from Las Vegas.

Inside MMA began its run in 2007. The program features in-studio hosts Kenny Rice and former UFC heavyweight champion Bas Rutten, as well as longtime HDNet reporter Ron Kruck.
