Extreme Cage Combat 4 takes place tonight at the Halifax Forum in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. The Main Event matches 205-pound local rising prospect Roger Hollett (2-0-0) of Titans MMA against hard-hitting light heavyweight Ray Penny (1-0-0) of the Boreland Combat Team. Hollett will be looking to stay undefeated as he follows in the footsteps of his fighting father, former Canadian Middleweight Boxing Champion, Ralph Hollett. The Main Event of ECC 4 has fireworks written all over it as Hollett loves to bang despite both of his wins being via submission and Penny is coming off a dominant TKO win in his debut.

ECC 4’s Co-Main Event and Superfight features the undefeated Boreland Combat Team fighter, Shaun Krysa (3-0-0) looking to continue his climb up the Canadian lightweight division by stepping in against the very popular Canadian Star Samuel Guillet (4-3-0) of BTT Canada. This will be a great test for Krysa as Guillet is fresh off a decision loss to Mark Hominick and is a proven TKO veteran. Guillet is also taking this fight on short notice for teammate Fabio Holonda who is unable to fight.

In a battle of young prospects at a ‘catch weight’ of 165 pounds, ECC 4 brings what could be the fight of the night to the Halifax Forum in the way of BTT Canada sensation Nelson Akawui Riquelme (3-0-0) who will be facing Team Doerksen fighter Alex Sung (2-0-0) who serves as a Captain in the Canadian Military during the day. To date neither of these men have required a judges’ decision and we don’t expect there to be a need for one on Saturday night. Riquelme comes in with 3 knockouts while Alex Sung has 2 submission wins.

The Rest of the Card:

170 TJ Grant (3-0-0) vs Eric Beaulieu (6-8-0)
170 Jason MacKay (3-0-0) vs Daniel Grandmaison (2-2-0)
185 Travis Axworthy (1-0-0) vs Craig Skinner (0-1-0)
155 David MacMillan (1-2-0) vs Serge Tufegdzic (1-1-0)
185 Adam MacDonald (0-1-0) vs Curtis Fiander (0-1-0)
170 Matt Dutkoski (n/a) vs James Landrigan (n/a)
