UFC welterweight champ Georges St-Pierre is giving an inside look at his recovery and rehab as he gets ready to return from major knee surgery.

This video shows his progress as he works out at the gym and in the pool to strengthen his leg as he gets ready to come back later in 2012.

The current timeline for his return is set at late October or early November, but if this video is indication, he’s well on his way to recovery.

Greg Jackson gameplan for Condit: Straight kick to the knee first strike. Run.
Greg Jackson gameplan for GSP: Jab and run. Wrestle to ground. Hump leg. Rinse Repeat.

Boo hoo, Diaz lost to Condit. Boo hoo, GSP is the champ. Let it go man. Let it go.

Towers, I’m sorry Diaz isn’t as good as you thought he was. Do you need a hug?

  • Towers66

    lol…i meant dong….hahaha.

Diaz is as good as I think he is. He is awesome to watch and i really think his spirit is in the right place for fighting. I won’t bring it up again maddawg. Well when he comes back I will discuss new stuff. I just piss everyone off with my opinions and will make an effort not to do that anymore.

errrrr not dawg i meant phrank. you guys never see eye to eye with me. it’s cool. no worries.

If you leave a comment sayingsomething like ” Nick Diaz has great boxing and great bjj, all of his fights are exciting” I’ll agree with you. Calling condit a runner and GSP a leg humper. No, I won’t see eye to eye with you.

  • This isn’t relevant to this video, but since you keep bringing it up I’ll open your eyes to reality:

Percentage of fights Condit has finished: 92%

Percentage of fights that Nick Diaz has finished: 81%

    • I should note I meant % of wins that were finishes, not fights. Condit has won more so it would be a bit higher for him in that case.
