World Victory Road on Wednesday announced three more bouts for its upcoming Sengoku 6 event scheduled for Nov. 1 at the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan. Sengoku 6 features the semi-final and final rounds of both the lightweight and middleweight grand prix tournaments.

Leading the trio of announcements is MMAWeekly.com’s No. 2 ranked lightweight and former Pride champion Takanori Gomi. He will step in to face Russian Red Devil fighter Sergey Golyaev, who is on a three-fight winning streak, but hasn’t fared well against top-level opposition.

Returning after an impressive knockout of Travis Wiuff in his debut performance, Muhammad “King Mo” Lawal faces Chute Boxe fighter Fabio Silva in a light heavyweight bout.

Rounding out the announcement is the lightweight tournament reserve bout, previously reported by MMAWeekly.com, featuring UFC veteran Joe Doerksen and Pancrase fighter Izuru Takeuchi.
