At UFC 143, welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre wore a mic during the interim title fight between Nick Diaz and Carlos Condit for Fuel TV’s Ultimate Insider.

Here is the footage so you can hear for yourself what GSP thought about the fight, and the end result with Carlos Condit wrapping the UFC interim welterweight title around his waist:

Was that a fight or a track meet he was watching?

  • AdamBianski

Apparently a race because Condit got the win for running fast and turning left.

Condit had a good game plan, nuff said! Close fight, both great fighters!

What your saying: ” all Condit did was run”
What I’m hearing: ” Dam i wish my boy Diaz wasn’t so ****ing slow”

  • RonnieV

Looks like Chuck & GSP were watching the same fight I was watching, 2-2 after four rounds.

I had condit win by 3-2. The thing people don’t realize is that octagon control is not just who is standing on the bud light sign. Diaz wanted condit against cage and condit was easily able to stay off cage and keep the distance he wanted. THAT is true octagon control. Also, if you score a takedown without damage, you must score getting back up the same. If you score a submission attempt without damage, you must score the submission denial in the same fashion.
