Press Release
Gladiator Challenge makes its triumphant return to Sacramento Saturday, December 16th at the Memorial Auditorium. Gladiator Challenge promises to be the fight card of the year, with nothing but dynamite matchups. 32 of the most talented fighters from northern California and around the world will step into the cage to show why Gladiator Challenge is Simply the Best in Mixed Martial Arts.

In the main event, Bo ‘Redrum’ Cantrell, the five time defending Gladiator Challenge Heavyweight World Champion, defends his belt against Gary ‘Big Daddy’ Goodridge. Cantrell, called the heaviest hitter in MMA, trains with the Capital City Fighting Alliance, and is on a five win streak, most recently defending his belt against Reno, NV native Rocky Batastini in July at Gladiator Challenge: MADNESS AT THE MEMORIAL with a first round TKO. Goodridge, one of the pioneers of mixed martial arts, returns from Japan to fight in the U.S. for the first time in over seven years. Goodridge’s ‘swing for the fences’ style matches well with Cantrell’s gameplan to guarantee a knockout in the main event. Don’t miss this world title bout that will also decide the who has the heaviest hands in mixed martial arts!

Don’t miss the best fight card ever to come to Sacramento! Fights start on Saturday, December 16th at the Memorial Auditorium in downtown Sacramento, CA. Tickets sell fast, so call early at 1-800-225-2277!
