Since winning the UFC heavyweight title, Frank Mir has had a rollercoaster ride of a career that included a devastating motorcycle accident that kept him out of the sport for more than a year. Now with the ever growing heavyweight division, Mir is getting back in the Octagon to try to return to his championship form against Dutch striker, Antoni Hardonk at UFC 74. Mir will be live tonight on MMAWeekly Radio to discuss his fight as well as the upcoming show for the WEC in which Mir will serve as color commentator.
Also on the show will be IFL commissioner and co-founder, Kurt Otto. The IFL semifinals are coming up on August 2nd and Kurt will speak with Damon & Jeff about the state of the IFL and what is coming next from the organization.
Rounding out the show will be IFL lightweight competitor, Bart Palaszewski, who was originally slated to take on the undefeated Chris Horodecki in the team match-up between the Anacondas and the Silverbacks but the 19 year old phenom has a broken hand and will be unable to compete so tune in to hear what Bartimus has to say about his new match-up with Adam DiSibato.
