The Ultimate Fighting Championship today officially announced the rematch between lightweight contenders Spencer Fisher and Sam Stout. The two will headline the next UFC Fight Night taking place at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and air live on Spike TV on June 12.

A special feature bout on the same card in Hollywood, Fla. pits #8 ranked and undefeated welterweight fighter Jon Fitch against Brazilian Top Team black belt Roan Carneiro.

Fisher lost a split decision following an exciting battle with Stout their first go around in early 2006. But he has different plans for June 12, “I’m excited about this fight. I am going to go out there and try to submit him as fast as possible.”

Of course, Stout hasn’t been sitting idly by waiting for the rematch.

“I’m twice the fighter I was when we fought last time,” said the Canadian Muay Thai and MMA champion. “I’m excited to fight him again. To beat him twice would be great!”

Other bouts that are rumored, but have not announced by the UFC, include:

-Drew McFedries vs. Jordan Radev
-Luigi Fioravanti vs. Forrest Petz
-Jason Black vs. Thiago Tavares
-Nate Mohr vs. Luke Caudillo
-Pete Spratt vs. Tamdan McCrory
