Erick-Silva-2-UFC on FX 3Welterweights Erick Silva and Nate Loughran have agreed to meet at UFC Fight Night 36 in Brazil, MMAWeekly.com confirmed with sources on Tuesday.

The 170-pound tilt adds to the developing fight card, which takes place on Feb. 15 in Jaragua do Sul. Combate.com first brought news of the pairing.

Silva (15-4, 1 NC) is coming off an upset loss to Dong Hyun Kim at UFC Fight Night 29. The knockout loss was the first of Silva’s career. He’ll look to bounce back in the February bout.

Loughran (11-1) gets a second shot in the UFC with the Brazilian fight card. The fighter last competed in the organization in 2008, suffering a rib injury and TKO loss to Tim Credeur. Loughran returned to fighting in 2012, winning two in a row and earning his sophomore UFC run.

Additionally, UFC officials announced that featherweights Rodrigo Damm (11-6) and Ivan Jorge (25-3) will compete against each other on the card.

UFC Fight Night 36 will be headlined by former light heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida taking on former Strikeforce and DREAM champion Gegard Mousasi.
