Since losing to Nathan Marquardt in the UFC back in March, Joe Doerksen has kept himself very, very busy. At Friday night’s Extreme Challenge 67 event at the Medina Entertainment Center in Medina, Minnesota, Doerksen stepped up as a last-minute replacement to face a very tough Todd Carney for his third bout and third win in as many months since the fight with Marquardt.

In the co-main event, Brock Larson upped his win-streak to five straight fights with a win over Manuel Quiroz by rear naked choke. Larson is now 18-1, with a decision loss to Jon Fitch in the UFC as the only blemish on his record. Larson should be making some noise on the international scene very soon.
