World Series of Fighting has added another lightweight to their roster after signing Dany Lauzon to a contract with the promotion.
Lauzon’s manager Joe Cavallaro confirmed the signing to MMAWeekly.com on Thursday with the fighter inking a multi-fight deal with the promotion.
Currently riding a four fight win streak, Lauzon will debut for World Series of Fighting in 2013 when the promotion picks up their shows after debuting earlier this year.
The younger brother of UFC lightweight Joe Lauzon, Dany Lauzon also made his way to the Octagon and at the time was the youngest fighter to ever step foot in the UFC cage.
Now at 24-years of age, Lauzon is looking to add to his current four fight win streak when he joins World Series of Fighting next year, and jumps into the deep end of their lightweight division.
No date has been given for Lauzon’s debut with the promotion, but they are expected to put on their second show in February 2013.
