DanaWhite_UFC90Weigh_2010The Ultimate Fighting Championship produces over 30 live events worldwide each year, producing millions and millions of dollars in revenue.

As such, many people in the business world want to know one thing: how’d they do it?

White spoke about seeking out new talent in countries such as China, India, and Mexico; explained that prior to hosting events in a country, the UFC goes to emerging markets and scouts talent and then trains prospective fighters; and talked about his goal to produce MMA events in every country.

I am sure his global strategic plans are not something new for most Stanford MBA dudes.

White should be known more for his ability to market himself on television. He is a genius at promoting events.
