It’s been a while since we’ve seen a Dana White video blog, so the UFC president is going all out this week in the lead-up to UFC Fight Night 38: Shogun vs. Henderson II.

In his first blog of the week, Dana doubles down and takes us behind the scenes at both UFC 169, where Renan Barão defeated Urijah Faber, and UFC 170, where Ronda Rousey dropped Sara McMann with a knee to the liver.

Expect another video blog from DW later in the week, but for now, kick back and enjoy this double volume.

the shogun hendo fight is so manufactured, its disturbing. they dont share any rivalry in competition or to claim a title shot. only reason they fightin is because everyone thinks they’ll blast each other like last time. when theres nothing behind a fight like that it always feels weird. fw, lw fights are ok, but mw lhw, hw brawls clearly show more harm than good.
