Former Pride dual weight class champion and current Strikeforce fighter Dan Henderson shows a technique for opening up an opponent for a knee strike to the head.

Henderson returns to action on Dec. 4 at Strikeforce: Henderson vs. Babalu II, where he will rematch Renato “Babalu” Sobral. Henderson defeated Babalu in their first fight nearly 10 years ago as part of a tournament in Japan.
