Team Quest fighter and instructor Ricardo Feliciano shows a basic jiu-jitsu technique for taking an opponent’s back and opening up attacks.

“Pantcho” is a BJJ black belt under Leo Vieira and has won more than 60 tournament titles. He was an assistant coach on Season 9 of “The Ultimate Fighter.” He has a professional fight record of 3-0. Feliciano is 27 years old and was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
