Current UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman has risen to prominence since defeating Anderson Silva not once, but twice en route to capturing and securing the 185-pound belt. He puts that belt on the line for the second time when he faces Lyoto Machida at UFC 175 on Saturday.
At a past Paradise Warrior Retreat weekend seminar, Weidman showed an effective way to take someone’s back and sink the choke, and you can check that out in the above video.
On July 12-13, The Paradise Warrior Retreat will bring to the fans of Mixed Martial Arts in Northern California a chance of a lifetime to socialize and train with some of the UFC and MMA’s best fighters and coaches during a two-day seminar at the Fit Expo at the convention Center in San Jose.
This upcoming seminar will include a star-studded cast of fighters and coaches that includes UFC bantamweight champion T.J. Dellashaw, women’s bantamweight title contender Alexis Davis, UFC undefeated rising star and former Olympian Daniel Cormier, middleweight contender Luke Rockhold, and heavyweight title challenger Fabricio Werdum.
Ticket admission to train is only $300.00 for the entire two-day weekend. A buyer has the option to attend just one day for a price of $165.00.
