Cage Rage, the most successful mixed martial arts promotion in the United Kingdom, has announced that they have secured a deal to air a new television show in England.

The show, entitled Cage Fighter, is an hour long, magazine format and will air on TWC (The Wrestling Channel).

Produced by Cage Rage promoters Andy Greer and Dave O’Donnell, the show is already in production and begins airing on Monday, December 4th.

According to a release from Cage Rage:

“The magazine format TV show will feature Cage Rage footage, exclusive backstage access at events, as well as studio interviews with the top MMA fighters and celebrity guests.

… The series contract has been signed for six months initially with the first programs already recorded. The first episode will be a “Super Card Show” examining world-class fighters such as Melvin Manhoef and Anderson Silva, both Cage Rage World Champions. Further shows will spotlight Jean Silva, rising showman Lee Doski and guest spots with British MMA boys Alex Reid, Dave Legeno and Mark Epstein.”
