Liddell To Embark On USO Tour

Former UFC light heavyweight champion Chuck Liddell is leaving this Saturday for a 5 day United Services Organizations (USO) tour in Iraq or Afghanistan. Of course, the champ doesn't know which one it will be, as the US military has a tendency to keep these things hush-hush.

For his Middle East jaunt, Liddell will ride the hooptie of all hoopties, Air Force 2, along with folks from his internet site MMAJacked.

"It's gonna be sick," Liddell tells MMAInsider.

In a recent interview with MMAWeekly, Liddell said he did not have an opponent yet for his next fight, but should know after he gets back from his trip. He is hoping for another crack at the title in late 2009, should he string together a couple of wins.
